An earlier post to the forum said that Lon Engineering had the moulds to make the rubber blocks for the suspension. The business has been bought by (Euan) Seymour Engineering, 197 Takapu Road, RD 31, Levin.

He has been unable to find the moulds made by the provious owner, but will make new ones from my originals.

So if anyone else would like some made at the same time let me know, there may be economies of scale. d.ormrod@xtra.co.nz

These don’t seem to be available from the parts suppliers, but perhaps I missed them

Spent the last three days trying to get the piston out of the barrel where it was well stuck. A wooden block, a big hub puller and a big hammer have moved it about half way out, but my arm got tired. Hopefully get it out tonight.

I haven’t seen them anywhere for sale Douglas. I will need a set of blocks so let me know the costs.

OK, I’ll finish stripping them out at the weekend and sent them down to him – probably be a week or two till he gets back to me.
